Set your height

Keep your eyes, nose and chin visible. Hold still during capture; tracking starts when your height is saved.
- Close the controls and get on with your day.
Zone keeps tracking in the menu bar. Click its icon to return, or choose Quit app to stop.
Camera processing stays on your Mac.
Zone does not record camera video, use the microphone, upload face data or send app analytics. Your settings and progress stay local. Turn Camera off or quit Zone to release the camera.
This beta follows camera-relative facial height; it does not measure your spine or provide a medical assessment. Daily Progress currently uses New York time. Updates are manual. No Intel or Windows download is included here.
